Per the Iowa Department of Public Health and the Iowa Department of Education guidance as of 9/29/20 If both the COVID-19 infected person and the other person(s) in contact with them – even within six feet for 15 minutes – are wearing face coverings, the persons in contact do not need to quarantine. The people in close contact to the positive case should still self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms. If symptoms present, they need to quarantine themselves and seek medical attention. The COVID-19 infection person always needs to isolate in accordance with public health guidelines. Please see the IDPH guidance released, and information from the CDC:

Appropriate face coverings include those with two or more layers, washable and breathable. The mask needs to cover the nose and mouth completely and fits snug against the face.
Masks with valves or vents, gaiters and face shields are not recommended and will not meet the guidelines for quarantine, and are no longer recommended during the school day.
